I was invited to design and deliver a new graduate-level course, focused on embracing technology to explore innovation in learning. The challenge was to support non-technical students in wrestling with their own technology anxiety while grappling with the great debates of today: artificial intelligence, impact of screen time, and differentiation for all. As the professor, I focused on the creation of a psychologically safe learning environment that encouraged students to embrace their self-identities while simultaneously challenging themselves to push beyond discomfort.

In the end, the class collectively created individualized technology plans for 14 unique 2e students, spanning 78 new technologies, and more than 32 opportunities for individuals to confidently present as brave leaders pioneering the future of learning.
